A lot of 'NSStringPboardType' items in de list and other strange behavior in macOS Sonoma. Are you people on it I hope?

Hi mrkoetje. Sorry, I didn't notice this issue earlier. There is a checkbox in the settings that controls this. "Include pasteboard types in clippings list". Uncheck that and those won't be included. It's just a mechanism for finding out pasteboard types to put in the "Pasteboard types" box to prevent copying of passwords.
