ocipkg inspect test.tar

will show contents in the oci-arhive like

$ ocipkg inspect build/ocipkg_static_cpp.tar 
[ghcr.io/termoshtt/ocipkg/static/cpp:3ee8e7b]
  └─ libocipkg_static_cpp.a
