termux-storage-get don't blocks on android9

Problem description

termux-storage-get command returns immediately after calling instead blocking to return results, so scripts can't wait for requested file be correctly copied to process it
Steps to reproduce

call termux-storage-get command
Expected behavior

block unteal user select file or close saf dialog
Additional information
used after some calls to termux-dialog
