Feature Request

Feature description :
when running the functional tests, there is a lot of output. the ability to run a specific test would reduce noise and shorten runtime.

Suggested Solution description ( if you have any ) :
use the 1st argument given to run_functional_tests.py as the name of the directory (relatively to tests/functional/) of the to be run test.

Describe alternatives you've considered :
none.
