You can't take tokens from bound players.

Describe the bug
A person ziptied and them accessed with the /charsearch command- cannot have their tokens taken off them whilst it looks like there's an implementation of doing so in Helix.

If this is intentional, the UI doesn't reflect this and seems to allow you to take things before realizing it- doesn't.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Search a tied person.
2. Type the amount you wanna take from them, press the arrow.
3. Nothing happens.
4. See error

Expected behavior
You gain the sum of what you intended to take.
