The CO1 Classifier v3.0-ref files can be used to train the RDP Classifier (Wang et al., 2007) and are included here for reference only. The original taxonomy and fasta files are included in this release. They were originally mined from GenBank in April 2018. Total decompressed file size is 1001 Mb.
