The files used to train the RDP Classifier v2.13 . Sequences and taxonomy is largely based on the UNITE v8.2 ITS reference set. Taxonomic adjustments were made to resolve unknown and non-unique taxa into a strictly hierarchical taxonomy. Microsporidian outgroup sequences were added. Plant outgroup sequences are newly added in this release.
