This is a refactor of all the video detection logic, not to mention the profile image display logic and various other items. It's a big bit of work, so will unfortunately take a bit longer to fix.

There are brand new scratch-built libraries for AMD, NVIDIA and Windows CCD, and they track a lot more detail than the previous video card libraries DisplayMagician used. The code will handle HDR, record primary displays, and hopefully bezels as well. It should be able to tell the differences between two tiny changes in display configurations, hopefully allowing more specific targeted display layouts to be used.

The Display Profile logic restructure/refactor will also allow me to add future video card manufacturers much easier in the future, e.g. Intel.
