It would really be useful to send a mail out(blog post?) with this info.

While I appreciate that there are a lot of people who are working super hard on the tessel project(really I do), I think that the feedback I is little bit lacking.

It's already mid-January, when most of us who pre-ordered would have expected to have gotten an indication on shipment, but alas, my inbox is a graveyard.

Sorry for being a bit blunt but, I like a lot of other people are really looking forward to hacking on tessel2.

I agree! The "publish a TWIT" bullet point in this list is to send out a This Week in Tessel where we update you all on this. But, as you say, it hasn't actually happened yet. It's one of my action items for this week.

I have a draft on my other computer that I need to PR to this issue for review.

Can you pull out from our latest meeting minutes the things you think are most interesting for consumption and comment with them on the above-linked issue?
