There was an issue rebooting the tessel during the implementation of t2 restore command.

Area of interest: REQ_PWR_RST command

Could use sys_reset instead

IIRC, the issue is that the Tessel itself is no longer accessible.

@dbuentello it's worth a try! I think we tried to toggle the RST pin connected from the SAMD21 to the MediaTek. For some reason it wasn't working but there's a good chance that sys_reset could do the trick.
