This originally just started as adding test coverage for this driver, but it became so much more. I updated the static analysis to match Test Kitchen, so that adds a lot of diff. I also refactored some code into discrete classes so it is easier to read and test. Finally, I updated to the latest version of the AWS SDK, V2.
This should not have changed any actual behavior for the driver.
