Honggfuzz incompatible with Windows Native Development Environment #26

Honggfuzz is not yet compatible with a Native Windows Build Environment. As a result, Windows Developers can not yet natively fuzz. This is resolvable by using an alternative fuzzer such as https://github.com/AFLplusplus/LibAFL

The Tetcoin team has no plans to use WSL
