The sponsor content designs introduce an
<hr>element. While we're at it, we might as well establish that as a tool for reporters and editors to use in the story body component. Not much is needed to do this, but I added some opinionated margin top/bottom because it seems like if they ever do use those, they'd want some separation to come with it.
