_ The SPEECH of the late Lord RUSSEL, to the Sheriffs: Together with the PAPER delivered by him to them, at the Place of Execution, on July 21. 1683.

  * The PAPER deliver'd to the SHERIFFS.

_ The very Copy of a Paper delivered to the Sheriffs, upon the Scaffold on Tower-Hill, on Friday December 7. 1683. By Algernon Sidney,Esq before his Execution there.
