Modularise colourways for Hive admin theme

Several users have asked for the Hive theme yellow to be dropped in favour of a more neutral colour. Whilst I'm not going to do that, there is benefit in making all the colourways used in the Hive theme modular (by way of a separate stylesheet) so that users can easily make up new colour schemes (I may provide a neutral grey version too, though not as the default colour).

Sass variables were given their own module in the Hive theme repo, which accomplishes this task I feel.
