Need to make sure we parse in the correct ids/workers from the yaml files. See how this was done for the MP-SPDZ example.

To be able to run things locally we need to go /docker/dev and type make run-worker-image.
I've put inside a make file make test-localhost for the moment.

partially, was waiting for the mpspdz work to be finished in order to refactor the local testing there as well
