TF2CDownloader 2022-06-09

New major release containing a lot of accumulated work. Basic functionality should work everywhere. May release a hotfix soon if any notable issues get reported. This probably won't go up on the main site's download page until it's received more testing, it'll be rolled out on the wiki's download page first.

Headline features:

• Attempts to autodetect your sourcemods folder and extract to it automatically, no matter where you run it from.
• Many UX improvements. The script now runs interactively to ask questions and allow specifying an installation path if autodetection fails. Messages are colorized for clarity, paths are highlighted. Exceptions are displayed in a more useful way, and don't immediately close the window.
• We now serve a .tar.zst containing the game, and as such, 7-Zip has been replaced with bundled versions of tar.exe and zstd.exe on Windows. This change massively improves decompression speed, and using Tar paves the road for other planned features.
• The project works when run directly from the repository as a script, PyInstaller is no longer required.
• When available, we use Windows Terminal instead of cmd.exe.
• It verifies that you have enough free space where you're extracting before continuing.
• Linux builds are generated in a Debian 11 environment with glibc 2.31, presumably restoring compatibility with Ubuntu 20.04.

Same as the last build, but it works now. Also should automatically repair corrupted archives, and reuse the archive on re-run if the extraction gets interrupted rather than downloading from the start.
