Adds a simple example prometheus configuration file. Updates the default service port to `9301` and `9302`. Add new Makefile targets, for tool installation in different environments. Related #40 Signed-off-by: Oluwole Fadeyi <16049411+tfadeyi@users.noreply.github.com>

Describe the problem you'd like to have solved
Currently to setup to the exporter in my monitoring stack I still require add it manually to
prometheus.yaml(scraping rules and so on) and decide which alert-manager rules I should add. Since I'm not very familiar with the exporter is quite annoying.Describe the ideal solution
I'd like the repo to have an example Prometheus/alert-manager configuration for the exporter that I can use out-of-the-box in my cluster.
