Major extension rewrite, that doesn't look like much.

Google is forcing Manifest v3 on everyone, and so if we want Augmented Steam to keep working in Chrome, we had to comply.
We took that chance and also improved our code base, but besides Options being a little bit different,
you should not notice many other changes.

There's a big chance we have broken something during rewrite or due to Manifest v3 working a little bit differently.
