reporting interface (stats and the like)

At present the Festival Status tab of the db web interface provides a limited set of statistics. Questions often arise that aren’t answered by that tab, so something closer to an intuitive query interface is a very desirable future enhancement.

This is a long-range, pie-in-sky item, and is likely to spawn more tickets as we think of specific desirable reports, but for now here are a few candidates, based on questions asked about the last few festivals:

• How many of each size cask have we ordered/received?
• How much beer did each brewery bar sell?
