About this release
This initial release indicates the first version of OGG Extension for GNU Windows.

Installing
This release contains different binaries designed to serve specific purposes based on your configuration. Installing this will determine how it is configured on your machine. To ensure the best possible results, it is recommended that you use the .msi installer for deployment, as it is easier to use.
