A bot that will delete your group/channel message older than specific days.

- add start, help
- check for chat type:group and channel
- sleep randomly
- no log - only log necessary logs
- accept all message type, including: document, audio, photo, etc.
- custom delete period: seems we need to store this as json
- can bot delete messages older than 48hrs? don't know
