Theres over 120 live issues on the googlecode page, we should really make the effort to close/port those over.

All these guides/scripts are either designed for linux systems, outdated, buggy as fuck, or totally undocumented

This is not a bug. I'm planning to keep this issue list clean and pretty. The label management shall be mine.

I've got a system partially working (see https://github.com/cael-IssuesImporter/test_tg_issues/issues), it appears to need to be manually restarted every 50-100 issues though

Aranclanos: Github stupidly labels every pull request as an 'issue' so no matter what you do, the issues tab is going to be cluttered. I labeled it as a 'bug' because it is actually an issue and labeling every real issue as a 'bug' will make it much easier to look through when you filter the issue list by label.

If you really want, rename that label to "Issue Report" instead.

We could have issues on a separate repository, github seems to have pretty good support for that. Then we'd remove the issues tab on here, and everything would be beautiful and clean.

Ported something like 50 issues from goodlecode (all accepted issues and a few others) by hand. They should all have the pink "Ported from googlecode" tag.

If we could we review them as we find time and reassess/edit/remove any that are crappy.

About The Pull Request:
Pretty self explanatory. Changes the cost of the Build your own Shuttle from 5000 to 500.

Why It's Good For The Game:
It's completely ludicrous to have a shuttle that has to be called within the first 10 minutes of the shift cost more funds than the station starts with. However, considering it comes with supplies and has certain benefits, it definitely shouldn't be free or give money either. This corrects the overcorrecting done with the previous BYOS balance change.

Chameleon ID and PDA improvements (tgstation#45113)

Chameleon IDs and PDAs will automatically update names and icons when
changing disguise. They will also change the displayed job when
switching outfits with the chameleon combo-action.

Chameleon IDs and PDAs reset to the default name if their appearance
changes and need to be updated manually to display the proper label,
which seems like a waste of time to me. Changing the entire chameleon
loadout is very sneaky and setting the appropriate job on the ID and
PDA makes it sneakier.

Add a new Emergency Shuttle, Transport Zeta (tgstation#45100)

Adds a new abductor themed shuttle to the game, available for 8k 
credits! The shuttle is only unlocked after alien technology has been 
researched!

The shuttle offers some unique items and layout compared to others 
currently available. Two singular entrances with the brig in the back 
means security needs to walk prisoners to the brig area to secure them. 
Unique unlock mechanism encourages either bringing alien tech back from 
Lavaland or stealing some from an abductor.

A few unique items aboard, including alien tools, the experimental 
cloner, and a void core can provide interesting opportunity if utilized 
in the window of time that the shuttle is on station.

duplicate code and wasn't very readable.

If you are wondering why it calls obj_break every time it takes damage 
while below integrity_failure, that's the way it used to be. Most (if

About The Pull Request

Added two new traits, TRAIT_NOMETABOLISM and TRAIT_TOXIMMUNE. Does what it says on the tin, making livers not process reagents at all (except liverless reagents) and gives immunity to toxin damage. Species with NOMETABOLISM spawn with no liver (NOLIVER is now redundant and has been removed). This trait also prevents liver failure damage, for obvious reasons.

These traits have been given by default to androids (artificial, they were already immune to chemical healing anyway), zombies (who have their own regeneration) and skeletons (milk still works).

Other changes:

    Species' handle_reagents proc now fires before checking for metabolization, so species can process chems even when liverless.
    Removed the calcium healer trait, making it into a species handle_reagents check for each affected species (skeletons, plasmamen, bone golems). Skeletons now also heal burn damage from milk, since it's one of the few forms of healing they have available.

Note:
These traits should logically be applied to plasmamen and golems, but i intentionally left them out for now since it would be a significant balance shift, and there should be a proper alternative way of healing them first.
Why It's Good For The Game

Balances the significant benefits of being undead with a significant negative: being immune to chemical healing. Since zombies don't really rely on it and androids were already heal-immune, this mostly affects liches, and i believe it should be fine: considering that the main point of the spell is the resurrection mechanism, the space, gas, pierce, and heat/cold immunity they also gain should be counterbalanced by having a harder time recovering from injuries.

There is also a silver lining to having this trait: poison immunity. Effectively this is a buff to androids and zombies, the latter especially because they can no longer process mutation toxins. While this tactic is creative, it also trivializes a very expensive investment of TC. I might still add a liverless way to apply mutation toxins later on, but zombies shouldn't be effectively one-shot by a syringe gun.

About The Pull Request

So based on feedback I've been getting over the past month, the main issue with medical kiosks is that even as a roundstart, public medical analyzer, the cost on use at T1 isn't anywhere near helpful enough to warrant not breaking into medical storage and printing an analyzer. This go around I'm pretty much scrapping the dependence on upgrades in order to turn it into an economy reliant machine instead.


Now featuring so much info with all 4 scans, I had to put them into tabs!

Now, the machine begins with the full docket of information typically provided by the Advanced Medical Analyzer, but each section of information is an individual purchase. General Information is provided under "Patient Health", Issues where the player may realize something non-obvious is wrong can be found under "Symptom Based Checkup", and "Neuro/Radiological Scan" covers the host of Cellular/Radiation issues.

As a means of alleviating concerns about having the whole host of advanced medical scanner information available round-start, I've bumped up the minimum cost for each scan type to 10 credits, so for the whole set of information it'll cost you about 40 credits.

In addition to that, some sanity checks that were missing from the first couple PRs were added, so Ghosts and Borgs won't runtime trying to use a machine that only works on the living.

Have a working, functional TGUI that shows all the old Kiosk information plus what you can get off of medical analyzers that I skipped over

And these things if/when I get to it:

Adds emagged functionality.

    Allow for crew to scan other crew using the machine.

In the meantime this is SUPER DNM until at least those first 3 are ironed out.
Why It's Good For The Game

Helps to Enforce the Medical Kiosk as what I initially hoped it would function as, a money sink for Medbay. With the new budget changes, this means that crew who use the medical kiosk are actively paying every member of medbay.

Additionally, the feedback I got from literally everyone I've talked to has been pretty universal: The medical kiosk is pretty much worthless to use, even at shift start, because it's not worth upgrading and by the time you DO upgrade it, you can just print your own medical analyzer and skip the whole process.
