Splits the main hallway into several subareas

Adds the spaces that jut out of medbay and sci into a connected area, rather then having them be a part of
medbay and sci

Adds medbay access locked windoors to the back desk of the medbay reception area

Removes the section of the bar backroom's area that jutted out into the main bar, it just made things behave in
silly ways

Reexists the storage wing, makes the firelocks in it actually work, adds a new set of firelocks

yeets the delta bar changes, bartender should control the power to his machines

Adds two new areas, the fore and aft central hallway

applies the new areas to delta, spliting it in two yet again
