This PR fixes the downloader plugin by:

retrying up to 3 times download
upgrading ytdl-core to 4.1.1 - see Unable to retrieve metadata from link ytdl-js/react-native-ytdl#49 and getInfo author videoDetails lost(?) fent/node-ytdl-core#789

It should fix #66 (comment)
