Extremely basic R package installation
Add this line to your application's Gemfile:
gem 'rundler'
And then execute:
$ bundle
Or install it yourself as:
$ gem install rundler
Install R however you like, as long as the Rscript executable is available.
$ rundle --init
Update config/environment.R to use a different path if needed. Add packages to the list in Rfile.R
$ rundle
Be sure to source config/environment.R in your R scripts so they look for packages in the correct location.
