Rewrite project to be a wasm runtime built on top of Wasmtime and MessageDb. BREAKING CHANGE: rewrite of entire project
Remove `wit-bindgen-host-wasmtime-rust`, as it has now been replaced with `wasmtime::component::bindgen!`.
