Time to Leave is not found on windows taskbar search

Describe the current limitation
When hitting the windows key and typing Time to Leave, I can't find it anymore

Describe the proposed feature or enhancement
We should be adding the shortcut for Time To Leave when installing it, cause this is a quick way of opening & finding the app. This is kind of a regression when we changed the packaging & install, but it worked previously, I think, because the exe was just exposed there in a place it usually searches.
