Describe the current limitation
The new overall balance feature is great. However, it considers everything in the TTL database for calculation. It may be even better if you allow the user to set the start date for the calculation. For example, one may only need to calculate after a certain month. Or, one left his company but is still using TTL and doesn't want to clean his database.

Describe the proposed feature or enhancement
A new option on the settings menu allowing the user to choose the overall calculation start date.
