ResearchBuddy

WARNING: Make sure to replace the token variable in popup.js with your own Hugging Face token!

Purpose

This is a research buddy that not only summarizes text for you, but can also answer questions about that text!

Installation

1. Download the repo from the releases section on GitHub
2. Unzip the file
3. Go to HuggingFace.co, create an account, and create an API key
4. In popup.js, change the token variable to whatever your HuggingFace token is
5. In Google Chrome, go to the extensions page (chrome://extensions)
6. Enable developer mode (at the top right)
7. Drag the folder anywhere onto the Chrome page to import it
8. Enjoy!
