Visual Studio 2022 Community can't run BLE_Serial on Windows 11 #2

Procedure to reproduce this issue is as follows.

git clone https://github.com/that-apex/BLE_Serial
cd BLE_Serial
mkdir build
cd build
cmake ..
Visual Studio 2022 Community opens BLE_Serial.sln
Building and running BLE_Serial. But Visual Studio shows "can't find D:\workspace_CPP\BLE_Serial\build\x64\Debug\ALL_BUILD"
