Before this commit, a commit-worthy change in Kirby caused the plugin to query the entire content directory. This is, considering the size of some content directories, harmful for performance. This commit changes the behaviour so only the relevant folders are queried for adding. Closes #90

Currently all changes in the content folder are added. It might increase performance on large repositories when only the content folder of the changed page is added.
