Preflight checklist

Problem Description

when a user loads a torrent there's not much feedback, especially when rescanning files

Proposed Solution

show more notifications for when a torrent is:

  • rescanning because persist files is turned on
  • torrent is ready, not finished and preparing for playback
  • maybe more?
