Support / DevOps Engineer

San Francisco, CA

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated full-stack engineer to own day-to-day technical support for all our customers. This entails understanding all of our systems, troubleshooting any issue that arises, and building out tools to create visibility into our systems. Individual contributions on frontend, backend or DevOps around support duties are expected, though support needs take the front seat.

To succeed in this job, you must be highly curious and love to learn. You must be a good listener and a creative problem solver. You must be able to context switch like a pro, and be capable of intelligently triaging problems and independently prioritizing your work. You will be working closely with our CTO, Sales/Success teams, and all our customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in DevOps or Sales/Support Engineering
  • Experience with databases, AWS
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, S/W Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Phenomenal communication skills in person, on video and in Slack/Intercom
  • Modesty, responsibility, teamwork, empathy, intellectual honesty and a sense of humor
