Slide transition sometimes stops in the middle in Android 4.0

Hi, I am testing on Android 4.0.3 stock browser. The slide animation stops in the middle about 30% of the time. Interestingly, it unfreezes and finishes the transition if I touch anywhere inside the browser window.

What device are you testing with? I have seen at least one device that has Android 4.0.3 and the CSS transitions are completely broken.

It is HTC Velocity 4G.

Ok, I've seen these kind of things (buggy CSS transitions) happen on an LG L5 with 4.0.3, so I'm starting to think that all 4.0.3 version stock browsers might have similar issues.
