Changed defaults to make the icons a little bigger and spaced more widely (was 100 pixel offset and 40-point font, see below for new values)
Implemented user-configurable options.
Change the horizontal offset of the icons with "/setoption rf_hoffset #" (default: 150)
Change the font size with "/setoption rf_fontsize #" (default 60)
