I did what's known as a fucky wucky and already released this, but:
--request-bandwidthoption to reduce max speed of each request (Add support for bandwidth limit #102)-m/--mime-typeoption to override guessed MIME types per-extension (Configure custom mimetype for ttml #111)-c/--no-colouroption to disable colours in output (Remove shell color codes from log output option? #114)-x/--strip-extensionsoption to serve /file.{html,htm,shtml} as /file (serve .html on extensionless paths? #113)Again: don't merge this by hand, the refs have to match what I already put out by accident.
