Improved and debugged version of PySeidon v1.0

Additionnall features:

  • Automatic dependency resolution during installation
  • New "interp_at_depth" function in FVCOM class
  • Improved power assessment and ebb/split functions in FVCOM class
  • Improved "validation_data" and "validation_harmonics" functions in Validation class

Release v1.0 includes the following classes/structures:

  • FVCOM
  • Station
  • ADCP
  • TideGauge
  • Validation

Notes:

ADCP class only handles fully processed ADCP matlab data previously quality-controlled as well
as formatted through "EnsembleData_FlowFile" matlab script.

Validation class only handles, ADCP, TideGauge, FVCOM and Station objects. Only limited testing has been perfomed on this class/structure.

Only limited testing has been perfomed on the TideGauge class/structure.
