Before #12714, you could refresh the smart proxy features through the index page of smart-proxies. However it was removed from the helper, and now you have to take two steps (1. edit the proxy, 2. refresh). I think it's worth keeping the old pattern too.

Actually, I think it's redundant as the above commit moved Refresh Features into the shared method. |
