Without epel repository foreman-installer is failing due to missing 'qpid-proton-c-devel' package

No, we don't support epel. Qpid should come from Powertools I think. |

Should be fixed by theforeman/puppet-katello_devel#269 |

So even after applying theforeman/puppet-katello_devel#269, it doesn't work, as it still fails to compile the qpid_proton gem. I don't know why, but that's how it is. |
