No, we don't support epel.

Qpid should come from Powertools I think.

Should be fixed by theforeman/puppet-katello_devel#269

So even after applying theforeman/puppet-katello_devel#269, it doesn't work, as it still fails to compile the qpid_proton gem. I don't know why, but that's how it is.

@stejskalleos latest nightly packaging has been updated to include the needed packages, so this is not needed anymore
