• Configure oo-foundation-tests to run against JavaFoundation or oo-foundation based on a configuration switch.
• Set up a page comparing oo-foundation's current API state against JavaFoundation.
• Set up a build server for (at least) running the tests.
• Invite interested parties to participate.
• Set up a mailinglist or discussion forum for team communication.
• Incorporate Q's new and improved version of NSFoundation4J.
