import study failed with SAML authentication

Hi,

I followed the steps at readme to set an authentication to my instance and it works ! However, I can't load data studies anymore since the validateData.py script returns a 401 Client Error for url: http://cbioportal-container:8080/cbioportal/api-legacy/cancertypes (localhost:port/cbioportal/api-legacy/cancertypes is working)

So I would like to know if a solution exists somewhere or if it is a bug to be corrected in the future ?
