release npm package name

Hi,

Currently I'm working on a CMS called Relax and we would like to use this npm package name. Since this had no updates for years and the number of downloads suggests that this package was discontinued (or something like that), could you let my team have the hold of it?

Hm, okay. Let's hope nobody uses my package for anything important.

There were 11 downloads of this package on npm in the last month - not much, but I'd appreciate it if you'd put up a small notice about the old relax package being at https://github.com/thejh/node-relax in the readme on npm just in case someone does look for it. Just for a while, maybe a month or so.

I'll put the notice in place so that everything goes smoothly. I'll do so by the time we publish our first version to npm.
