Time synchronisation with my server (works out difference between system clock and UTC; required to generate correct One-Time Passwords)
Usage:
Place your base32-encoded TOTP secret in secret.txt in the same directory as the 3dsx, eg. /3ds/tinytot/secret.txt
Launch TinyTot while connected to the internet - this is required to synchronise the time.
Press A to generate a One-Time Password.
