Log4j2 configuration issue w.r.t Gradle & Java module system (>Java 9)

The log4j2 framework does not use my custom log4j2.xml, instead it uses its own internal default xml. This is the reason why only ERROR MSG gets logged, not DEBUG MSG

• Add the following param -Dorg.apache.logging.log4j.simplelog.StatusLogger.level=TRACE if you want to see log4j2 configuration related logs
