Solex_ser_recon_EN version 3.3

Solar disk reconstruction from SHG (spectroheliography) video files. This version is from 1 July 2022 and accepts 16bit and 8bit files, in both SER and AVI format. A new feature allows automatic cropping of the final image to make it square. This helps for stacking multiple images, making a video or assembling a mosaic. The transversalium removal has been rewritten to make it more robust. It is now possible to vary the strength of the transversalium correction with a slider. The transversalium removal function can also be turned off. The spectral line polynomial fit is now cubic and also displayed as a graphic. The transversalium correction factor is also saved as a graphic.
