fix: generate a unique id for each star so fill can be different

📑 Description

Fixes issue when trying to use multiple Star components with different fill colors, for example:

<Star fillColor="blue"/>
<Star fillColor="orange"/>

Since the internal ids were the same, they both were coming out blue.
This update will generate unique ids, following the same pattern as Rating.
