Broadlink 3.1.M5.2 - Second build against the openHAB 3.1M5 core, with new support for dynamic remote code reloading from the .map file and additional devices in the ModelMapper.

Thanks to Matthew Skinner for the suggestion to implement the DynamicCommandDescriptionProvider interface which makes it much easier to play around with remote codes.
