CMake Community Book

This is to become a comrehensive book on CMake maintained by the community itself.

Contributing

Clone the source and send me (themiwi@users.sourceforge.net) patches or pull requests.
Install recent versions of:
- The AsciiDoc text processor.
- The GNU Make build utility (or something that is sufficiently compatible).
- The DocBook DTD and XSL style sheets.
- The xsltproc XSLT processor.
- For PDF output you need FOP or dblatex.
- For TeX, DVI and PS output you need dblatex.
- For plain text output you need w3m or lynx.
Generate the book through:
```
  $ make chunked
```
or
```
  $ make pdf
```
The available formats are chunked, docbook, dvi, epub, htmlhelp, pdf, ps, tex, text and xhtml
