Created a basic documentation template for the SDK. By no means complete, but hopefully a good starting point.

Update. Added sample exceptions to docs

Thanks! This is great. I'll take care of the nuget account and then edit this to include the actual package name, and then merge it :)

Thanks! We will probably have to adjust some things once we start creating internal links, but hopefully the structure is evident to everyone who will need to push updates to it. I didn't create an issue for this since we had discussed it, but I can add one if you'd like.
